healthy and stress free skin


  • Avoid stress.  When there are stressful activities that you can’t prevent to happen or experience,  then don’t just let the stress into your nerve.  Just be calm and relax.  A stress free and peaceful mind reflects in your skin.

  • Eat right and Sleep right.  Too much food intake and too much sleep as well as less food intake and lesser sleep can cause fatigue.  Balance your diet and sleeping time.  It helps you to have the energy you need for your regular activities.

  • Exercise and perspire.  They say, sex is one of the most recommended and healthy and exciting exercise which builds up your muscle and tone up your skin. 

  • Use a mild and trustworthy products.  Your skin must also be fed not just your stomach.  Use a mild product like soap, shampoo and moisturizers that has no or lesser chemicals and fragrance.    

  • Consult a skin dermatologist regularly.  Sometimes, even without noticing it, our skin gets damaged inside and getting rough without knowing that it is.  So it is always best to consult a dermatologist or skin expert.
